So Nokia decided in order to fully prepare everyone for their new phone, they wanted Deadmau5 to play in front of Millbank Tower while they used 16 projectors stationed 330 yards away to display 3D images onto the 400 foot tall building. Because why not?

Portuguese psych-pop group The Gift are coming out with a new album titled “Explode” this summer. They’ll be playing a special United States album release show at Bowery Ballroom on June 14th. The album was produced by Ken Taylor, and the band has been on tour in the States previously w/ The Flaming Lips. Now its time for them to come back!

Holcombe Waller has announced his west coast tour dates where he will be accompanied by Jenny O and Barcelona. They will also be playing dates in the midwest/northeast with Haley Bonar and Daniel Martin Moore. Adding to his previously announced tour dates with Chris Pureka, Laura Gibson and several performing arts centers, Holcombe will be criss-crossing the country all Spring and Summer. Holcombe’s touring rides a growing wave of fans for his music. The Portland via San Francisco singer, songwriter, composer and video artist is prepping the re-release of Into the Dark Unknown on June 21.
The beautiful, “one-shot” style music video was choreographed by legendary downtown artist Miguel Guitierrez and follows Holcombe along a winding dream-like path from his bedroom to the stage and back.
