Art and music define my existence. I appreciate mesmerizing cloudformations and revel in the warmth of afternoon lighting. My primary focus as an artisan is exploring surrealism juxtaposed with reality in relationto human interaction, varying perspectives and identity. Most of my workas of late pertains to human mortality and understanding our body as a complicated vessel of emotion and power. With a collegiate background in graphic arts I plan to work as a freelance designer but prefer to work
with mixed media (paint, ink, cut paper), photography and photomontage
techniques. I’m a perfectionist who finds beauty in natural forms and has
a hard time appreciating, or accepting, the mass-produced, conformist
society that exists in contemporary living.
